PREPARATION

Always pour the water first and then add the powder.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Non-carbonated water, Tense Up organic whey protein, shaker (measuring spoon is included in the bag)
  2. Pour around 2.5dl – 3.0 dl water into the shaker
  3. Add one measuring spoon (30g) Tense Up organic-whey protein* to the liquid and shake forcefully for 15-20 seconds
  4. Let it stand for a while and then enjoy
